Four Feet on the Floor is based on the belief that pets are a part of the family. We treat every animal that walks through the door just as we would our own; with kindness, gentleness and care. We love what we do, and as a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. It is also why we have won the "Reader's Choice" award for favorite Groomer two years running (2008 and 2009) and favorite Pet store for 2009. We also won the 2010 award for Best Groomer as voted by the readers of the Orillia Packet and Times. Thanks so much Orillia!
Years ago, my Mother and I had a dream to open a pet boutique in downtown Orillia, Ontario. We opened on April 1st, 2004 and have been having a blast ever since. 2010 brought many changes for the business when we decided to move away from the beautiful downtown and up to Laclie Street. We love our brighter, more cheerful grooming facilities and small boutique style store.
